FAQs Do you charge a booking fee?
A booking fee per person is charged when you book tickets online. The booking fee is in addition to the price of a ticket but, to ensure the booking process is as clear as possible, it is included in the headline ticket prices shown on screen. The amount of the booking fee will be displayed on-screen (currently £1 per person) and is payable to Cineworld's sister company, Classic Cinemas Limited. Booking fees are non-refundable unless screenings are cancelled.
Using a voucher code: If you redeem a voucher code when booking your tickets online, you may be charged the booking fee. For information about whether a booking fee will be payable, please check the terms of the voucher code.
Unlimited members: There’s no booking fee when you book your own ticket online with your Unlimited card. When booking for friends and family, the booking fee will apply per person (unless they are also an Unlimited member).
Using a CEA Card: The booking fee will not be charged on a ticket booked for a carer when using a Cinema Exhibitors’ Association Card (CEA card).
Meerkat Movies: Where booking your 2 for 1 tickets online, the booking fee will be is payable for each ticket booked (including for the free ticket). Don’t want to pay the booking fee? The booking fee will not apply when you buy tickets at the cinema, although you’ll usually pay more for tickets at the cinema than if you booked online (even with the booking fee).
