If it’s clear what the prize is, the scratch card is still valid.

If your prize is for 2x 2D tickets for £10, a free ticket, free regular popcorn or free regular Pepsi please can you take into your local cinema and they will process the prize for you.

If your prize is for a free Unlimited membership please contact customer services with an image of the card and the cinema you got the scratch card in.
